a cat has been tethered to a rope at the lanagan park and left there for hours even days alone just waiting to be killed by a dog or wild animal.
cops were called but cat is still there.
cops are here to protect and serve. where are they?

I was feeding the cat but it hissed at me and I have a large dog living in the home. If I had gotten it it would have been scared and would have fought me and may have hurt it self and me to.
