Former Dell workers sentenced in thefts

Three former Dell Inc. employees were sentenced Friday to prison terms for stealing about $500,000 worth of computer processors and reselling them. via KVUE.com

Dell has grown so fast that managers have been created out of individuals that have no training, common sense or integrity. They wait till sales numbers are in, what employees achieve and then CHANGE the required numbers- goals - so the employees make no money in commission!!!!! Is this legal? Or not allowing any vacation or paid time off when you have hours? Or mandatory work thru lunch and two hours after work - they buy lunch but you can't leave desk? Is any of this truly legal? And if so then why go overseas when you pay less for employees wages here?

WELL THATS WHAT DELL GETS FOR BEING SO CHEAP WITH PAY AND EMPLOYMENT, THEY DON'T KEEP PEOPLE LONGER THEN A FEW MONTHS THAT WAY THEY DON'T HAVE TO GIVE THEM BENEFITS, AND THEY WONDER WHY SO MANY CHILDREN NEED HEALTH INSURANCE AND WHY SO MANY ADULTS DON'T HAVE ANY INSURANCE.
