Driver in crash attacks woman trying to help

A woman was attacked after coming to the aid of a man involved in a single car crash.

and people wonder why people are reluctant in getting involved in things. although I do praise her, a woman, stopping to help a man, obviously a man didn't. We need to watch our own back, now days. Be careful!

Maybe he was just out of mind to the the crash. I have seen this myself. After the crash the person does not understand nor know what is going on sometimes. Now if he did know, and he was just being crazy in the mind and acting very foolish.. in that case. He needs to be locked up. And put in counseling and probation...

Ok well I hope he didnt have any diseases. I am glad she stopped to help and I hope some psycho like this guy didnt scare her away from the next accident that real human beings are in need of someone to help them.

This article gives very little information, but previous articles I have seen/read say he was drunk, and not hurt at all from the crash. He didn't even go to the hospital he went straight to jail. He spit on the EMT's. He is obviously nuts and should go to jail for a long time. He bit this woman. Lord only knows what kind of shots and medications she will have to take to make sure she doesn't contract anything from him.

How foolish is that someone comes to your rescue and you are so drunk all you can do is attack so not only is your car in the pound so are you!!!

He could very well have had a head injury, Im rather shocked they police did not require him to get medically checked. A closed head injury can be very serious and had he died in custody there would have been some very angry people. Im sure the alcohol in his system didn't help his anger issue at all.

This is one guy who needs jail time, alcohol rehab, anger management, and a swift kick in the seat of his britches.

I'm glad the lady continued to make sure there were no other occupants in the car.

Mom should have pulled the tire iron from the trunk....
