Unless there's more to this story that hasn't been revealed, on the surface it sounds like a case of sour grapes on Neumeister's part. He needs to just get over it and move on. This lawsuit will not be a positive for his career.

How can anyone in law enforcement be miffed?

One-they're on the taxpayers teat because of political connection.

Two-their crimefighting is limited to issuance of traffic tickets.

Three-majority of on-duty time spent rehashing union issue or playing with one another.

The sad fact about this event is that the only one that'll suffer will be the taxpayers.

It could be a race issue if minority personnel at the same level are being advanced and Neumeister is not.

Neumeister is just wants something for nothing! He has been trouble since his days on the Reserves, and I have no idea how he got hired! He applied to the Sheriffs Dept and was rejected, because they stated he tried to play robocop! He thinks he is above the law.. Although I do stand behind the law suit, because Clarke Mercer is a useless excuse for the rental of a human body.

I know officer Neumeister and he is a great man. His concern for the wellbeing of the people he protects on a daily basis is far superior to others on the Greenfield Police Department. He is a very involved officer and dedicated to his job. Others should not judge Tony without knowing the full truth. I support Mr Neumeister's lawsuit and wish him the best.

If he thinks a lawsuit will solve the problem, think again. Never bite the hand that feeds you. He'll get a reputation that will follow him
until he is six feet under.

Obviously the chief needs to take lessons from the former Marion county command staff in how to properly "re-assign" both personnel and equip to re-train the obviously less gifted regular officers(former IPD) of the new and defunct IMPD. They had years of practice of "whack-a-deputy" everytime someone didn't "agree" or was merely suspected of disagreeing with the command staff. Is this chief short? Sounds like little-Hitler syndrome which is rampant around IMPD now and the classic South Park "you will respect my authoriTAY!" mentality. Did I mention Frank Anderson and his cronies are buffoons?

SO....Mr. "TOP COP" how do you know this about Neumeister, if you are from Fishers? Are you secretly a Hancock Co. Deputy or Greenfield Officer, are you up at Fishers PD? self proclimation of "Top Cop" doesnt make you one. Tony's wife although cute is slutty and since she still works with alot of the guys at the Dispatch/Jail I am sure she still makes Tony's life a living hell, I remember when they just got married she did nothing but dog him out, I have never worked with Tony so I cannot say how he works or how his work ethic is(robocopish?) but don't dog the guy because the chief is putting him into a hostile work environment because of his political beliefs.

This crap goes on all the time in Indiana. Good Gosh. They worry about this incident when we are all being raped in our wallets everyday. Tax us out of our homes. There is a cop going to jail everyday here. There needs to be some legislators in the pin. Im personally sick of the corruption. I hate it here. My goal in life is to get outta here. You will all be broke soon if u stay in Indiana. So keep worrying about some cop being offended by some other cop. As for me I'm getting outta this corrupt place. I will say this! Until the Feds investigate every office in this State government we are never gonna recover. Remember I said that 3 years from today.

Signed,
A Loser irate in the lovely Hoosier State.

ps. Put that cigarette out and pay the taxes or else we will put u on the street. Here is a poem for you to enjoy:

There once was a place named Indiana
Where they will put u out on your canna
A place where no one has a chance
Even teens go to jail for romance
Bart is a liar as you all know
We will soon be losers and State Ho's
The taxes never stop its such a disruption
But our tax money goes to feed corruption
A dictator can sell our whole State
and tell
You guys were easy like IPL
I got rich cause of folks like you
thats cause you guys are easy to scr--
So if you are down on your luck
visit the lottery and give them a buck
our lottery makes 99percent on each dollar
so if u wanna win you better hola
the odds are slim to win a buck
cause our lottery really sux
they say they pay 57 cents on the buck
its like the build indiana fund who went bankrupt
700 million for schools that came up missing
Mitch will tax more and even steal your winter mittens
Bart is sneaky with a new suit each day
Instead of steak we are eating hay
thats right folks, corruption rules
if the elections legit will we rid the fools
Im sick of men who have no HONOR
corruption is their code of honor
Its time to move because it is too late
Corruption is the Motto for this poor State
So enjoy your time before you are in the gutter,
Cause Mitch and Bart, would take from your mutha
I feel as though I've even got rabies
Cause these 2 guys would take candy from babies
You see, money is everything to wonderful folks
They will go down in history as the Hoosier jokes

WHAT TO DO ABOUT CORRUPTION

Here is what you do about corruption:

1) Sell your stock in IPL right before the bottom falls out so you get yours and the heck with the rest of the bunch

2) Sell every asset in the State (you know, everything your forefathers ever worked for)

3) Tax people to the point of Bankruptcy and Foreclosure

4) Become a dictator and do what you want without input from the people

5) If a dictatorship doesnt work then start an oligarchy (that way your friends can join in the fun)

6) Raise property taxes every 30 seconds

7) Raise county taxes every 15 seconds

8) Appoint people who are crooks

9) Ride a motorcycle to make them think you are an everyday joe cool

10) Ignore corruption, even though you've been told about it

11) Design a Major Moves program that is in direct conflict with the State Constitution

12) Make up the laws as you go

13) Allow smoking in the boys room only (you know, like in school)

14) Take away people's rights without due process and without regard to the Constitution

15) Arrest people who stop fleeing felons---yes, I know someone like this. Let the Felon go

16) Outlaw recall elections like the General Assembly did (that way the citizens cant hold you accountable) A major violation of American principle, but who is gonna stop us?

17) Outlaw referendums so the people dont have a voice

18) Throw every 17 yr old boy in jail for hanging out with a 15 year old girl. Lets make all the teenage boys felons

19) Lets outlaw perfume while we are at it

20) Lets make everyone dress the same

21) Lets steal people's property so our business buds can prosper at the people's expense

22) design a lottery that has the lowest payouts in the United States--use an RNG

23) Incarcerate people who try to expose corruption

24) Integrity? What's that

That enough---get the point!

What is lost in all of this politicalness is that a family was torn apart due to allegations; yes unproven allegations. Everyone just ASSUMES that the spurned ex husband would never make up an story about his wife and then sue over it. We all know what happens when we assume things. But what Off. Neumeister needs to realize is, no matter what happens with his lawsuit(s) in the end he will lose. He will lose respect from his co- workers and the city he protects will lose faith in him. And knowing how important his career is to him, these things will certainly have him loosing self respect. But ultimately, the one person he holds dearest, will be the one he will lose respect from the most, and in the end, that will be no payoff

So, he is "far superior" to others in the Department? Are you his wife, caddy, football watching buddy, brother/sister, or Neumeister himself??

This is another "planned" assault on the police chief just like the one about the woman cop who cried discrimination. With her work record she should be fired. This situation was taken care of before he worked that shift. Can we say the mayoral candidate Brad DeReamer is stirring the pot? He just wants to make Rodney Fleming look bad since DeReamer has already stated he will fire Clarke Mercer if elected. I hate politics and I am scared that DeReamer could win.

This type of political infighting is common in police agencies across the country both small and large departments. City, county, state police, DNR, FBI, it doesn't matter what agency the friction is constant and sometimes real bad. It has been this way forever and probably always will be.
