Clearly he's just not very experienced. You need an additional permit to drive under the influence of milk and oreos. And boy what a sweet permit it is.

Nope - No Jail Time. That would just cost US $40,000.00. Lock a locator on him and fine him the cost of sending him to jail along with the cost of the locator & maintaining it. Anytime the locator indicates he is going faster than 25 mph - unless he can *prove* he was on a transit train or riding with somebody to work - fine him for driving under suspension again. |

He probably has trouble walking and chewing gum too!! Sounds like he should take public transportation from now on and leave the oreos at home.
