As far as the optical shop goes, the frames seem to be of good quality, however the customer service needs some SERIOUS work. When we were there there was a tall blonde woman, a red head named amber and a little Asian girl who couldn't stop talking about her previous employment at LensCrafters. Amber was very rude, had a nasty attitude and was unwilling to offer assistance when we were not satisfied with our sons spectacles. Her exact words were "I'm not dealing with this" and she walked off. Very rude, will never return and will never recommend.
Do not use their optometrist either. When he gave me a poor prescription and I complained that I was I satisfied he told me that my eye floaters were causing him to not be able to prescribe an accurate prescription and that because of them no doctor would ever be able to correct the vision in my left eye to 20/20
Don't waste your time and money, if you MUST have glasses same day then spend the extra few dollars and utilize LensCrafters or Alaska eye center.

I recently purchased glasses here. I thought I was told that if I was unhappy I could get a refund within 30 days. That is not the case at all!!! Although Eyemart did change my lenses for me three times, their material is of such inferior quality, that the glasses I have are virtually unusable. I cannot see clearly enough through them. I went back to my eye doctor and bought glasses from there. They are absolutely wonderful - I can see with no problem with those! Buyer beware at Eyemart - no matter how many times they change the lenses, if you can't see with their inferior product, you are stuck. I am out over $450 on Eyemart glasses.

Thee lenses are the exact same materials
as any other optical in town. The optical industry uses only cr-39 plastic or polycarbonate lenses. Very seldom is hi index used. The optical lab is only capable of running what a doctor prescribes. Therefore, issues with retractions will translate to the lenses. Eyemart Uses only top notch vendors such as Hoya and Vision ease to meet eyewearera needs. Just like every other retail in the world, sometimes there are issues. This is why troubleshooting is available to fix problems with script or glasses. The 30 days is an exchange policy. Not a return policy. None of the glasses are priced anywhere near 450$. Negative outlooks create negative situations. Consumers should always keep open minds when faces with optical issues.

My issue with eye mart is that I continually have to go get my glasses adjusted because of the poor quality

BS, "Confused" aka Eyemart shill. My glasses with generic frames cost exactly $449. They did a pitiful job with the near vision which is badly distorted. I've been wearing progressive bifocals for decades and nobody has ever done as poor of a job as Eyemart.

Nowhere is the warranty in writing. I was told by one rep, I could add scratch coating when I complained they scratched too easily. Three weeks later, they hadn't reordered the lenses and waNted to charge me another $397 for new lenses . Now if I do one thing, the warranty is 1 year, another it is 3 months. Put it in wrting!.
