Child burned in bizarre 'redneck flamethrower' incident

Two Anchorage men who told investigators they were horsing around with a "redneck flamethrower" set a 5-year-old boy's head on fire and have been charged with felony assault and reckless endangerment, according to police and court records.

Dilley is the ex and father of one or more of the children with a long history in DV and assault, with a restraining order - why did miller and the mother of all the children allow him near? Psychotic is the only way to describe all the adults in this situation and the children should be removed from all of them.
