Child burned in bizarre 'redneck flamethrower' incident

Dilley is the ex and father of one or more of the children with a long history in DV and assault, with a restraining order - why did miller and the mother of all the children allow him near? Psychotic is the only way to describe all the adults in this situation and the children should be removed from all of them.
