Heeren to run for Linn supervisor

Rick Heeren announced this week he will run for Linn County supervisor. Heeren, 58, a Democrat from Springville, spent eight years on the City Council there, including three years as mayor pro tempore.

In District 4: People we have a rude awaking. If you want a Linn county supervisor that is very good about running a city or county then people need to have family values in place. Who would vote for a DEADBEAT DAD RICK HEEREN. IN all the articles about this man not once is it stated that he had 2 adult children and 1 grand child. Who would you want to have a linn county supervisor who abandonded his family. IS there a chance that he would abandond this county also. You make the choice but I will not be voting for a DEADBEAT DAD to make the choices for my familys county.
