A 12-year-old boy who planned to bring a BB gun to the Swiftwater Elementary Center on Tuesday morning is facing weapons charges in Monroe County juvenile court, police said.

i hope this kid does hard time in juvy for this. at 12 years old, he is old enough to know what ZERO TOLERANCE means. he could have been testing the system to see if could eventuially bring a real gun to school.
