How many aliases do you have, Retardumbo? Shouldn't you be at Legends, tending to your drunks?

Obviously not a danger to the community, the police "only" had to shoot him!!!

All this hoopla over a Sweet Jill's cinnamon roll.

Next time Ernest, you'll have enough money for a sweet roll if you don't blow it all on beer...

I find it interesting the fact people have approached me claiming to have been in Legends that night and told a hugely different story. One of them proved to me they were there when it happened by showing me pictures of the body laying in the street that was clearly taken from Legends patio. If the police report is true, why are people I don't even know telling me such a different story?

John Canalis, was the drunk in Legends before he was shot?

How many times do you think you have to repeat "he was not Legends" before it becomes reality?

Nice work removing my husbands previous post. The PT is a joke.

So the 100+ people who told police that they didn't see the guy in there were mistaken? I doubt all of those who were questioned were drunk, nor were most of them likely even aware of the Shore's politics (the college students, esp); I'm not seeing a conspiracy here.

If anything, the Legend's people were the one's who acted responsibly, calling the cops for the attack on the other business. Seems rather petty and self-serving of those who make repeated attempts to tie the crime to them. Will we hear apologies for the accusations if indeed these reports are fact? Probably not, but that's on you...

This hardly changes the alleged rise in stupid drunken behavior in the neighborhood. But the blame game being played based on personal animosity and agenda is WEAK.

The police release a guy but do not know where he is but he is without bail? Does not make sense.

How dare Ruehle attempt to keep Belmont Shore a decent home for decent people. Doesn't he realize that we are a Progressive majority City and have no standards whatsoever.

All very confusing when the Long Beach Police Department is involved. No telling how this will end up.
"Rodriguez wrested away the baton and was preparing to strike the officer, Herzog said"
Probably trying to get the baton away so as not to suffer a beating. All this over a broken window
"Herzog, who was on scene that night, said officers detained and questioned every staff member and patron - at least 100 of them - as they left"
No wonder there is so much crime. 100 people questioned? A realtime killer..

how would you know? how many violent crimes have you investigated? you don't have the first clue what is involved or required. i'm sure if you had been there and no one contacted you, you'd be whining about that. stop watching so much csi:ny/miami.
