I called on a family where i knew for a fact the father was malesting the 7 kids they had and the mother watched their were pictures taken and everthing and nothing was ever done.ive tryed everything even calling OKC and Lawton but it all came back to anadarko and they played hush hush at the DA's office. i didnt know that whenever DHS is investigating its all up to the DA to file and if he happens to play golf with someone in volved in the case it goes the way he wants it to! Any comments?

Yes, I have a comment....about a year ago, I reported to the police department and DHS about 2 photos I had seen on a man's cell phone (I worked with this guy)...it was 2 pictures of his daughter and step-daughter, both 15, and nearly nude (no tops on) and posed in very provocative poses...after the PD transferred me to several different departments, they told me to call the DHS office...I did, and DHS transferred me to several different people...all they did was take the man's name and where he worked...and nothing happened...the girls still live with this guy...

the most useful thing i have ever learned is this....EVERYONE HAS A BOSS......go up the chain until u get results.

as far as any DA? contact the Oklahoma Attorney General. he will find out why folks aren't doing their job.

D H S Does what they want to do, they are as underhanded and crooked as our DA this is the most corrupt county, I believe I have ever been in and I have lived in a few. D H S doesn't give a shit about kids they only care about there pay check, and if they did something they might have to work, and if they don't find out whats going on then they can sit on there fat asses

i have called everywhere, i went up the chain and called everone, nothing these people now have 10 kids living in there house and nobody will help, ive called and called and called and no help if one person would just talk to these kids they would know but they wont even the case worker told me she went out there and saw nothing, but theres trash, they been evected at least 8 times, for being dirty even from the caddo housing and still nothing, the daughter called the police and they took her back home i just dont know what to do they say neibors should call and do something but then they dont do anything, these kids have rotten teeth dirty clothes and bad grades all the signs are there but still nothing it breaks my heart, to know that these kids are going threw so much and no one will help. The lady in charge at DHS child pretective services is the one that pretects the parents and not the kids she told her boss that i was just a mad relative instead of listening or asking the kids of course the parents are going to say no they are not melesting there kids! WTF if anyone knows of any one i can call please help ive called the DA and the parents were being envestegated but then i found out their case workers husband played golf with the DA and nothing was ever filed.

They lived in Caddo housing? Have you tried called the Caddo Tribe Social Services/Child Welfare or BIA Social Services/Child Welfare?

yes, and he said he would help then once again he was hand in hand with DHS its all goes back to them, thats what i dont understand, these are facts im not angry or making up lies, and i cant get help. The mother of these kids is Michelle Smith so if you know her you know what i mean she steals and sells foodstamps instead of feeding her kids and she let the father molest them, this is a sick person and ive tryed everthing she was seen at the bar this weekend drinking while her 14 year old stays home with the other 9 kids and watches them. they sleep on the floor with no blankets and all have rotten teeth DHS said that it is just "neglect" WTF? i will never give up.Something has to give, i wish a teacher would do something i know they see the signs of abuse she is really abuseive to them hits them and cussing at them makes them sleep in the same clothes they wear to school and rarly gives them baths,and the list goes on and on. I have seen this first hand and these are facts.Ive even called the news chanels and they all leave it to DHS.

well when its the truth it should be known and this is exactly what i told DHS and the DA's office.Maybe if people know who she is something will be done!!

Something will be done...like her attorney will get a subpoena to Topix so that they identify your IP address and internet provider. Then the attorney will sue you for slander and probably win, because at this point in time the DHS, DA and everyone else you've contacted don't think there is a case to answer.

I am NOT saying you are wrong about what is and isn't going on, but you have to cover yourself or you could be SERIOUSLY exposed. Unfortunately sometimes, thats the way the law works. Not saying it's right, but be careful!

Umm do you know how much it would cost to hire an attorney to prove slander on the internet?? if she can afford this she wouldnt be on foodstamps wouldnt that prove alot of what she said?if you could prove slander everyone would be sueing everyone.Not to mention she could be using a public library you dont know!!!

she has 8 and the 14 year old had a baby so thats 9 kids there total.The tribe has to go through DHS too.

does anybody find it odd that people who take care of their kids are the ones under the microscope because of a single mistake, and yet the people who molest, rape, starve, and otherwise mistreat their children are passed by? it's like this all throughout the state, not just grady county.

Yea if they live on state land its DHS but if they live on trust land the tribal icw can check on the kids. Also if it was to go to court the tribal icw can intervene and have the case transferred to cfr court, and the kids would be in tribal foster care.

she lives on city property, no one will ever do anything, ive been trying for 3 years now, nothing ever done if no one believes me find her and see for your self. Or just ask around you will see what i mean.
