Missing Carnegie boy found, mother and boyfriend arrested

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says Dylan Clark was found in Springfield, Illinois, and Cheryl Watson and Kanan Grubb were arrested for child stealing.

The actual truth is yet to be known so true-- The mother is actually doing good- The father no so much. The case against the mother was dismissed.
