Wheree is the outcry? why did people shout those of us down that said this coulod have been prevented, that Tesaro had the worst safety record?

John P you're an idiot learn how to spell and write! As far as their safety record, they have a great safety record. It is a great place to work. All of these folks were my friends. They were all excellent operators. Yes I feel the company should have had better inspections on these exchangers NOW!! No one knew prior to the explosion their was an issue with H2 corrosion in these exchangers. Tesoro did not allow this to happen intentionally. They are not that kind of company.
Don't believe everything you read. Like my dad told me as a kid only believe 10% of what you read and 25% of what you see.
