Veterans' Day parade scheduled for Oak Harbor

Oak harbor will celebrate Veterans' Day with a parade for the first time Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. starting at the intersection of Midway Avenue and Pioneer Way and proceed through downtown Oak Harbor on Pioneer Way.

Correction: the Oak Harbor Veterans Day parade is on Saturday the 10th of November at 2:00PM.
Prior to the parade a Veterans Day ceremony honoring those who have seved and those who are currently serving in the armed forces will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Oak Harbor High School Performing Arts Center. Feature guest speaker will be retired Rear Adm. Bill McDaniel, MC,USN.
