The U.S. government’s increased security in a vulnerable part of the northern border notorious for drug smuggling has been labeled racial profiling by city and county officials because dozens of illegal immigrants have been arrested in the process.

<quoted text> So do I, called Johnny Sutton and Alberto Gonzales. Someone's covering something up bigger than the two agents for sure. Would it be the firing of the US Attorneys for political reasons, as well as Senior Boosh' close relationship with Mexico? God, we could go on and on and end up with quite a list, couldn't we? And now "suddenly" the government has discovered our southern border is dangerous? Where in the hell have they been?
I know, does not make sense that with 8 months left in his term he kicks raids into gear. I am convinced this coming president will ring in the North American Union.I know this bush has had a lot to do with getting it setup.Keep those two agents in jail is for keeping a major player happy, Mexico.Ever sense bush took office he's been on his knee's for Mexico.

So the racists are claiming racial profiling, boo hoo!

Of course it is racial profiling, they are catching all you brown supremecists! Kind of like arresting whites at an unauthorized KKK rally, gee I guess you could say that is racial profiling also.

Especially when it concerns the latino/hispanics.(Yeah right) Those poor people. They are picked on at every chance and only because they 'want a better life'.(wah wah wah)
Well I too want a better life. But I can NOT get the U.S. government to give me free medical help, free rent, food stamps, free education, etc.
If I could walk over a border & have everything given to me, I just might do it.
But since I am NOT latino/hispanic, that *ain't* going to happen.
We need ICE to keep arresting these ILLEGAL ALIENS. And deport them as fast as possible.

EASTSOUND, Wash.(AP)-- Pedro Perez has not left Orcas Island in more than four months. Not for weekend trips with his family, not for cheaper groceries on the mainland, not for medical care - not for anything.

He is afraid border agents will stop him and send him back to Mexico, wrecking the quiet life he has built on one of Washington's remote San Juan Islands.

"I had my eyes on this place for my kids to grow up in," Perez, who is married with two young children, said in Spanish. "There's no gangs here, no crime. It's the kids who suffer."

Perez - who does odd jobs, mostly landscaping - is one of perhaps dozens of illegal immigrants on the islands who have been essentially trapped since February, when the U.S. Border Patrol began checking IDs on ferry runs from the islands to the mainland.

It looks like its working!

Pedro Perez better pray hard he doesn't need medical care for a stroke, heart attach, etc. It's ironic, an illegal searches out and finds a "safe haven" from gangs and crime. Anyone ever told him he is committing a crime on Orcas Island? If I were Mrs. Perez, I'd begin questioning the "allowed" trips off the island where gangs and crimes happen......

Ike was the last president that controlled the border. Users of cheap Mexican labor like an "open" border.

I agree. Bush and our Congress have been busy setting up the NAU. Ireland actually had a vote on the EU,(Lisbon Treaty), yesterday and the citizens voted it down, but, the pols pledged their EU cohorts, they'll go ahead with it, anyway.

What really ticks me off (no pun intended) is that all the presidential candidates will deny it to your face.

Of course they will deny it. But their masters have already bought & paid for the candidates, so that when they do get into office they must do as their masters say. Regardless of how much it hurts the average American citizen.
They don't care about our U.S. All they care about is staying in office.

No offense taken. You're absolutely right. Obama says he never heard of the NAU. He ditched his press entourage, two weeks, ago, when the Bilderberg meeting was held in VA. Obama's campaign director told the press he just wanted to attend some private meetings. Funny, how the press can't seem to put two and two together.

I also want to add, McCain and Hillary both had Rothchild campaign fundraisers, in Europe, this year.

I know a formal complaint has been filed on McCain's European fundraiser for violation of campaign fundraising. Another was filed against Clinton for Elton John's concert, as it apparently also violated the rules. Elton John is not a US Citizen.

He's either a liar or too stupid to hold the office of the President of the U.S. if he has
never heard of the NAU.

I think the media has it together and just isn't reporting on it. I have noticed a few major new sites now wont even report on illegal immigration because of the uproar it creates. The media is one sides on this issue, and it isnt the side of the American people.

Ok, we aren't going to profile anymore. Everyone just come on in and have a great time. These people are freaking idiots to the 10th power. Racial profiling at the Mexican border??? What the hell do they expect to see there, Nigerians?
