Shell's Wash. coker hit by power blip Tues -filing
The coking unit at Shell Oil Co's 145,000 barrel per day Anacortes, Washington, refinery was hit by a brief power interruption on Tuesday, according to a notice filed with Washington state pollution regulators and released on Friday.

It's pretty funny that all other refineries in the state are now "raising prices" when the others are down, Fucking price gouging is the real deal here... Just because a refinery has a upset or a as BP would say blew up we as american have to pay higher prices due to demand? refineries are already making hand over foot, if one fails you reap the profits anyways...... American greed.....
