well folks this wraps up another stinker of a year for the Cracklin Festival. Let me say this much, Yea it was good to see Keith Frank there but the people turn out wasn't that spectacular. I enjoyed myself the two days that i did go. This is gonna sound crazy but the Bourque's cracklins weren't that good...the best cracklins came out of Woodville, Mississippi. Fatty's Cracklins were the shit!!!!!! Sorry Bourque's someone is better than you at something don't be mad....

that must be why I heard bourque's sold 23 boxes of cracklins...The fella from wwoodville sold 3 and i heard st landry ems sold 6.

wellllll they were judged and came in second. so whoever's cracklins were better or not they didn't win. they can't say they are the best.

We would like to thank everyone for coming out to the festival. We were very happy with the outcome. That is not quite correct pb resident. We sold 26 boxes to be exact. Thank you all for your business and the 2nd place finish.

I have to say Mississippi BOYS(they sold 10boxes 750lbs) did a go job and they had some dang good cured ham fat. Bourques Supermarket had some good boudin, shirmp corn chesse cream sauce something. I have to give it both of these guys. However what about Bonnevals Cracklin win FRIST PLACE in the PERFESSIONAL divison. They sold 11 boxes of belly fat and one to Boruqes (thank you Shannon)I am a outsider an I had a &%*@ BLAST.

well to really set the record straight Fatty's sold 12 cases 900 pounds of fat,the reason why they didn't place in comp. is because they don't use belly fat. they shure were the peoples champ.

How can I found out were Fatty's is. A vendor on my job brought me some to LR and we think they are the greatest. I wonder if they have a web site I sure would like to order some or get them shipped to me,,can you give me any info.
