Al is linked with very high powerful people. People that would kill if asked. He was seen the night she died screaming toward her window to let him in. He was pissed. If he has severe heart trouble could he have sex? He was pushing April into sexual relations. I guess this wouldin't effect his heart right. He is at the sub stop alot in macon. his son Mr. Mike handles it.

Wrong again. The Highway Patrol does have an investigative unit that handles crime scenes etc...
They are used typically because the county sheriff or local police aren't trained to handle that type of high profile investigation. An elected county sheriff will call the highway patrol for help if needed.

I think her family should contact a physcic. They can desribe the killer and tell what kind of person could committ this act and age, character. You could rule out one and find the other. I knew a physcic that solved a missing child case. she was very helpful. theres nothing to lose.
GREAT IDEA!!! Maybe they could hire Patricia Arquette who is on the Medium TV Show. That's fiction just like everything else you have posted out here.

Al wouldn't be back to work if he was a suspect. Too small of town for that.

You are correct the highway patrol does have a investigation unit. Some people aren't aware of that. The highway patrol was at aprils apt. searching for clues.

Survive the rumors if he's innocent??? Why are rumors even necessary? Perhaps when the coroner and police got there they could tell by the scene that it was suicide, no sign of a struggle stuggle, no bruises etc.. As I understand it the family is coming to terms with her suicide after they were provided all of the evidence.
Everyone who's out here blabbing about how wrong everything was done and it should have been done differently DOES NOT have all of the evidence or facts of the entire situation.
SO, in that case for a suicide it wouldn't be necessary for police tape.
Yes there was police tape up but not very long. Police screwed up the crime scene as usual like they did with the murder in Marceline where a young girl was murdered. They walked all over and never roped off anything.

I was never told of Highway Patrol being there that night. And I have spoken with family members. No one ever mentioned the Patrol. Are you sure?

I would assume if the Highway Patrol was there things would have been handled much differently.

Whats up with Bevier Missouri???
I have been following this story since it began and was surprised when a friend of mine sent me a link to this other website which concerns ANOTHER Bevier death that possibly was foul play.

Here is the link if anyone wants to look at it.

And just how do you know what they did or didn't do. How do you know what they even should or should't have done...from your past experience with the police???? Going to jail doesn't make you an expert in police procedure...it just makes you and idiot, just like your post does.

The point is I really don't care a thing about Al Abbadessa or what kind of technology he uses or doesn't use. I care about April. And I care about her family and they deserve to know what happened and why. It just seems cicumstances surrounding this whole thing are very suspicious. And when a large portion of a community believes April could not have done this to herself it should be looked into further. This method of "self inflicted injury" is not very common. It should have been treated like a crime scene. Don't know how many times I can say it....Highway Patrol should have been called.
I know for a fact that the state Highway Patrols division of Crime was called in and handled the investigation......

Unfortunately we can't go back and involve the patrol if they weren't there in the first place and we can't go back and handle the investigation differently, so i dont see whether there was tape up an issue. I dont see a lot of these things being brought up as issues now because we can't go back and change anything. I think you should have to pass a psychological test before being able to post on here because i have seen a lot of rude, pointless comments.. ones who question people's character and morals when everyone is just grieving and posting their opinions. I would think when you go to a site like this, you open the page knowing people are posting their opinions, so acting horrified because they are is a bit ridiculous. People that have lived in macon just can't believe people are talking like they are.... where do you live now? do people not talk openly or express their opinions there? Wow, let me know where thats at- I dont want to live there!
I didn't know April, but I really want to see the case resolved. I have children and I can't imagine the pain her parents are going through. I would say have faith in the justice system, but it is fallible because the people working for it are fallible. Sadly, justice doesn't always occur. To heal, which is what we want all her friends and family to do, this case will hopefully be resolved quickly. We hope whatever the result is, that is is faced with understanding and dignity. We hope that all of you remember that April was a beautiful person and embrace that, not the way she passed away and know that she is at peace. It was unfair for her life to be ended so shortly, but we hope that everytime you start to think about that you stop those thoughts are think about her beauty. Healing is a hard process and I hope the journey that her friends and family have to make will only leave them with peacefullness and joy for the life she lived.

Really, guess you must have a definite inside track on things then. Spoke to family members and there was never any mention of Highway Patrol at the scene.
