The scary part is some of the replies might be from adults. It seems there are a lot more uncool adults then we care to think about. It is hard to imagine that parenting has gone down hill so far but after reading some of the stuff on this thread..OMG.

Agreed. I am so tired of hearing that "all kids do it" and that kids will "lie and go behind your back and do it". It all comes down to good old child rearing and involved parents.

Me too, it's because of thoughts like that, our kids today have no respect for adults unless they think they are "cool". I'm not tring to make friends with my kids or be "cool", it really does not matter. They might be mad at me for now for not letting them do whatever they want to do, but they'll get over it. I did with my parents.

Whatever happened at HER house is what this woman is in trouble for, it's not the police officers fault (even if he didn;t get along with her) that she engaged with drinking with minors.....
