Too bad you aren't smart enough to know that Massena does. indeed, have a landfill... it's where the trash has always been... in YOUR cardboard box... Bwhahahahahahahahaha... and you'll be happy to know that Chicago also has several landfills... and they're all looking forward to the arrival of you and the incompetent puppet of the corrupt Chicago Democratic Machine in January... The Massena drunk fool is one sick, diseased, degenerate Obamabot. His babymama, babydaddy, illegitimate brother and illegitimate sister were all victims of Massena Obama-worshipping incest. They all suffer from great mental trauma in their lives and are so jealous of Romney, that they post ugly things. They were all captured and sexually raped by escaped mental patients who tried to enter Colts Neck, NJ, but were immediately recognized as inferior lowlife ghetto rats, and were promptly exterminated and sent back to the Massena Landfill. Their deformed brains were used as samples in Rev. Wright's church, to show what happens when lowlife falls victim to Obama snakeoil. Bwhahahahahahaha... Massena ObamaFailure!

You must have slept thru that class in High School. Sorry to say if you look up the question "Is the U.S. a sovereign nation" you will find that most of the answers are that it IS a sovereign nation made up of sovereign states. Ex. the United States, the nation (i.e. the federal government) and each state are considered sovereign. Among conflicts in which the concept comes into play are those between the federal and state governments (see states' rights states' rights, in U.S. history, doctrine based on the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution, which states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. This has been a subject of discussion for many many years. And as for the people of the U.S. being sovereign you might want to look that one back up. Most of the stuff I have read said that the U.S. does not recognize any of its citizens as being sovereign. Have a nice night

If it was a Republican law that was ruled Constitutional by a 5/4 SCOTUS then it would be O.K. but this was a law writen and passed by a Democratic Congress so a 5 to 4 ruling in the SCOTUS means it still isn't Constitutional to them. Have a nice night

Yes the Fla. recount should NOT have been stopped by the SCOTUS they should have counted ALL the votes not just part of them. See it is O.K. for the SCOTUS to do something like that but to rule in favor of Obamacare 5 to 4 thats not. As I said if it is in their favor then it is O.K. Have a nice night
