Just by your use of "aint", you have proven you are right where you belong.

Had you had the intelligence & ability to comprehend what you read, you would have seen my remarks were made about the “tyrant”.

Instead of being aggressive to those that don’t deserve it, get angry that a family has lost their baby. There are young children that have lost someone special in their family & lives.

You are not hurting my feelings with your foolish words, you are insulting the family, and her memory by making it out to be “not a big deal”.

FAMILY FRIEND - You must be a distant friend otherwise you'd be a lot wiser and know a lot more facts. But then again, you probably buy all the crap your "friend" is telling you. And by the way, learn how to spell and use puncuation. U = YOU and use periods please! Also, take your own advice, if you don't have nothing nice to say, then don't say anything...but then you call me an idiot LMAO!!! Seeing as you don't know how to spell or use punction, I'm sure you don't have a good career either. LOL.

I don't have a clue who you think you are, you know nothing about Lisa or her beautiful family, for all we know you are the piece of crap who didn't do the right thing by that innocent little girl and her family.... I grew up with Lisa, I consider her my family we are damn near sisters...You call her a liar? What did she lie about? That her daughter died while in the care of your employer (Carousel)... that's not a lie, know all the facts, that school is not equipped to take care of animals let alone children of any age. They had no idea how to save Precious Livi, she was only there for a few hours a day she was supposed to be protected, not killed... You claim accident... accidents don't happen when you have a trained professional, so called accidents happen when you have what Carousel has. Let's hypothetically say it was an accident, now remember we know this not to be the case but bare with me, Princess Livi is choking when CPR is started, in which you would not start CPR on a choking victim in any case, then a "director" is called to call for an ambulance, now mind you this lil girls body is lying there turning blue and we drag our feet to call for help and yet find it ok to tell the ambulance no sirens we don't want to scare our other children, but also dont rush shes breathing WHATTTTTTTTTT!!!! So accident no, a cover up yes, they killed that innocent beautiful lil girl. I truly believe in my heart of hearts that Princess Livi would still be here had the RIGHT TRAINED PROFESSIONALS been there, had 911 been called right away, had her mother which was about 20 feet away been called or alerted.. NOTHING was done for this girl NOTHING. I believe Justice for Olivia will one day be served, unfortunately for Livi she will not be here to see it.... RIP Princess Olivia, spread those beautiful wings!!!

What happened to Livi was a horrible act of negligence and I miss her EVERY day. I am glad that the wheels of justice have begun to turn. The only way to effectively impact the cruel tyrant that owns Carousel is to hit him in the wallet! No amount of litigation will bring Livi back, but hopefully this will prevent owners of other schools from taking short cuts where our children are involved.
RIP Livi. We love & miss you!!!
Believe me, I was deeply saddened when I read the above comments about the tragic accident with baby Olivia. I sincerely feel for the poor Rispanti family and what they are going through. That said, Melanie, I cannot agreee with your attack on the Carousel day care owner. You don't know the facts.'Act of negligence'. "Wheels of Justice." "Hit him in the wallet." "NO ammount of litigation." "Taking shortcuts." What's all this Judge and Jury stuff coming from you. Tried and convicted? What about the kindness and generosity shown by the Carousel owner toward the Rispanti's with free day care when they did not have the money to pay. Is that forgotten? Is there no gratitude? You, Melanie, are obligated to explain yourself when you throw out your opinion about what happened in this Tragic ACCIDENT. Where was the negligence, for instance? You ought to give us this information before you go spouting off slanderous charges against Carousel.

I have been reading the previous comments. What the Raspanti family went through is tragic and no parents should ever have to bury a child. Carousel Daycare is responsible just as much as the teachers that were in the room with Olivia. As a child care facility dealing with such young children the carrots should never have been in the classroom. Any person has a right to their own feelings on the facility but have no right to tell anyone how they should feel. This family lost their child due to the neglect of the teachers and facility directors. The negligence is because the teachers were not paying attention to ALL the kids in the room that Livi had time to find the carrots in the teachers bag which was not out of reach of the children, that should never have been in sight for the children to see. The facility should have a drop in visit from the state to go over all of their violations which I am sure they have due to what I have read and seen for just this incident. The owners should be fined hefty fines and honestly should lose their license, oh wait they were not licensed for this age were they? Absolutely terrible for people to try to make other feel that their opinion is wrong. To LOL, after reading your comments, it is pretty clear that you are not well educated. You seem to have a connection to Carousel and that is okay but you should have left this forum alone instead of purposely writing your immature nonsense on a such a tragedy. If the situation happened to you, you can bet your bottom dollar that you would want justice for your child.

I know this is 4 years or so later but HOW DARE YOU. bring the below "drama" at a time of loss. Nothing anyone in that poor family said is drama, As for Lisa being a liar? I happen to know her for a VERY LONG TIME and LISA is an amazing person, and I'm sure a more amazing mother. Another act of hate and drama ur bringing to this conversation. HOW DARE YOU SPEAK ANY NEGATIVE WORDS AT ALL while THIS FAMILY AND MOM were grieving. The only person acting like a child is YOU!
I worked in a day care for years, and when we had snack time, we were mandated to SUPERVISE snack time in an ORGANIZED MANNER....which was Not the case with this killer day care.

I love when people like "Melanie" of Westbury talk about getting justice for an accident....NOT an act of neglect (let's get that strait). Mel, weren't you always bringing your daughter there after you no longer worked there to be watched while you went to your doctor appointments etc. And you did all that for FREE right, aint nobody charge Carousel was good enough to help you in your time of need but your so quick to point fingers and try to put them under....your such a selfish hypocrite! As for Lisa, well, we all know how she lies...from how much she makes to her everyday life. Leave carousel alone, aint nothing gonna bring back that poor child. So cut it out and stop all the drama...your not adolescents anymore.
