BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE- ROMAN IS MISLEADING! WATCH THEIR ADS, AS THEY LIE ABOUT PAINT WORK AND THE FLAWS IN THEIR ADS. THEY MAY HAVE GOOD FEEDBACK BUT I VISITED THE DEALER TODAY AND AFTER A 3 HOUR RIDE WAS MISLED IN EVERYWAY. AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T KNOW CARFAXES ONLY SHOW DOCUMENTED WORK THRU INSURANCE COMPANIES, DEALERS, ETC. OUT OF POCKET PAID FOR DAMAGE WILL NOT COME UP ON A CARFAX OR CAR CHECK. JUST REMEMBER HE KNEW HOW FAR I WAS DRIVING AND STILLED NEGLECTED TO TELL THE TRUTH. 6 PLUS HOURS OF DRIVING AND ALEAST $40.00 IN TOLLS SINCE I WAS IN A FLATBED TRUCK READY TO BUY. AGAIN BEWARE OF OLYMPIC AUTO GROUP

Olympic Auto Group has a special way of " fixing "
a car into Showroom condition ; to hide most minor
problem issues. Upon months of monitoring their turnover of vehicles sold ; and visiting their operation ; their priced to sell business concept,
made me quite wary.
Bottom line; the cars looked just too new ; to be a pre-owned car.

Can you guys please explain what the hell you are talking about? "Look too good to be preowned"? "special ways of fixing cars"?

Is this dealer doing something wrong, or are they just detailing the cars well? Is theresomething wrong with the cars they sell? Are you saying that the cars they sell have been hit and repaired?

I am looking for a late model Pilot, and would appreciate it if you could explain your remarks.

Thanks,
Chuck

i know this place pretty well. look at cars there pretty frequently. They have a guy that does body and paint work and amazing detailing makes cars look new. they have a dent guy as well. Make sure you do your hw b/4 you go look and buy. they detail friends of mines cars like once a month so that shows they do good work. if you see a flaw in the paint ask questions and or bring someone who know body and paint when your seriously concidering a purchase. remember always do your hw on pricing

Chuck Olympic cars are fine. Priced to sell and worth the trip. All of these comments are from local dealers trying to damage Olympics reputation. They do the best they can to keep there costomers happy. I've been buying cars from them sence 2005 and gave no complates. Your truly

I'm not sure how Nino Kenzo, who posted above, was monitoring our sales, but we sell about 400 cars anually and do out best to make the cars we sell as nice as possible. We don't sell new cars, so they aren't perfect. If there are any issues that arise after the sale, which happens because they are USED CARS, we again, do our best to fix the problem.
We try to make everyone happy, but no matter what business you're in today, you will always find someone whom you can never satisfy. I wish that wasn't true because our reputation and customer satisfaction are the most important things to us in these challenging economic times.
If you are interested in a used vehicle, please stop by or call us and you will be extremely happy with our staff and your purchase.

What a horrible place. I am not sure how they call them selves business men. I went there and try to haggle and the sales guy "Bill Saslawsky" just said "For 100 dollars I am not going to lose a deal". WOW! I was willing to spend close to $20,000 on a car that day, but this guy just turned me off. In these tough times I would have thought he wanted my business. STAY AWAY!

I had nothing but a great experience at Olympic Auto Group. I appreciated that the price that was advertised was the actual price of the car. Their finance rates are reasonable, and customer service exceptional. Bob was nothing but straight forward, and sold me a car in great shape at a low price. I would reccomend them highly to anyone looking for a used car or truck.

This comment is in response to Erny's posting. Our way of marketing our vehicles is to advertise low prices and delivering on what we advertise. We do not advertise using a "bait & switch" or "you must take our financing" strategy. Price is the first thing most people are concerned with, and we greatly respect that. Our main objective is to take the haggling out of purchasing a preowned vehicle, and making the whole experience pleasant, and not some kind of a game. We regret that Erny's experience of trying to get a big discount off an already discounted price didn't work out for him, but our way of doing business has pleased hundreds of customers.

I am Jack, student of Virginia Tech.
I just got a VW 2008 Touareg from this dealer. I waited for 3 weeks, and finally, Bill helped me find a good price for shipping. I feel comfortable in making deal. Just they never reply email, I do not know why and had to call them every time.
My Touareg is almost a new car, just some small problem, one 12V cigar lighter is missing, a small scratch on driver's door, but not big matter. All my friends said my Touareg is perfect. I appreciate their cleaning and waxing, and they help me finish most of the paper works. I can just drive once I got it. My roommate is considering to find a SUV there after X'mas.
My suggestion for you: if you just want find a car in nice exterior (like new) and almost good function(no problem in transmission, engine) at a low price, just go there and have a test. However, for those guys who want to find perfect used cars, it would be hard to satisfy you. Totally, I like this dealer.
BTW, I just start using the car, and I will share you more experience with this car.

I am Jack. The guy got a Touareg from this dealer. This purchase is a nightmare now. All my travel plan for thanksgiving is killed. The only thing I can do is stay in my apartment, until I get the title.
They got my payment in Sep.22.2010. And when I got the car, it had been Oct.21.2010. I waited for one month because I could not go to NY. That's not a problem. The car I got looks nice.
Now is Nov.11.2010, 2 months since I made payment. I still do not get title, and that NY temp registry card will be invalid on Nov.22.2010. I was caught by police twice due to I do not have inspection card and registry card. Without the title, I can neither register the car, nor pass a inspection.
Actually, I started calling them since Oct.27 or 28 to ask for title. Each time I only got the respond like:'I will call you in 2 hours' or 'the title will be here next week.' The truth is I do not have title until now. And they only call me once by Bill.
Without the registry and inspection, I cannot trip to D.C or N.Y in thanksgiving break. Just wait, and now I can not sure if this is 'my car'.
What a suck deal. I hope I could get the title by Friday morning. I understand they need time to deal with title, but this is too long!!(My two friends, one got title 2 weeks after he got car; another got title in 3 weeks)
Sorry for so much complain, just today one guy there asked me to shut up,(WTF?)which really angry me. I hope other people can see this, and take care of such problem.
I will keep writing on this page until I got the title.

Man....I dont know what to think. I saw a car in their site and the deal appears to be too good i called but pretty much told me to come in. I got no problem with that or purchasing the vehicle, but with all this comments Im worried that the vehicle might be malfunctioning and that when it breaks down they will tell me im on my own. So i dont knwo who to believe here. Please help.

Funny how only 1 person in this whole thread has any actual purchase experience with Olympic. I've been looking at used cars and reading their dealers' reviews. You wanna see bad? Google Speedway Motors, Lindenhurst, NY. There are complaints from users who purchased cars that fall apart as soon as they drive away.

Other than poor Jack in VA - I don't see anything negative.
