The house made famous in the 1979 film "The Amityville Horror" is up for sale in New York - ghosts not included.

Who the hell would want to live in that house. Even if the stories were made up by the murdering son to get lighter sentence, the images of the movie alone would make for endless sleepless nights. Either turn it into a haunted house attraction or better yet, level it cause 6 people were murdered there.

I watched a show on A&E and the last owners moved because of all the tourist kept showing up to the house!

Because after a mini real estate recession in NYC, Wall Street bonus's were super high this year pushing the prices back up. Amityville's a really nice little town I'd live there in a heartbeat.

im even gonna burn sage thru it at 3:15 AM with all the windows open, to try and piss them off. if i knew exactly where the indian was buried id piss on the ground there. then im gonna call TAPS.
