They should walk him to the chair. I am real sick and tired of feeding killers. They get medical, bed, food and education in prison. This is bull. Look at all the years we paid for Manson to have a roof over his head and food in his stomach. He should have been executed35 years ago.

I think you are wasting your time. This is the ** Polically correct ** generation. In other words, if it offends just one person, it won't be done. No more majority rules. Our Christmas party..is now called a winterfest because of a jehova witness...what is that all about. I am sure they call their holiday whatever the hell the want to call it and its ok. sorry..I got off track..anyway..you get my point.

ONE MORE REASON WHY WE NEED TO START USING THE DEATH PENALTY. YOU CAN NOT REHABILITATE THESE ANIMALS AND WHY SHOULD WE PAY TO FEED THEIR EVIL BODIES WHEN THEY WANT TO KILL US?

he was back from state prison on one of his many appeals (back in county)
sounds like harris's life is all just a big misunderstanding -(he thought the one person had a gun-it was a phone)-(he intented to surrender but the cops kept shooting)-(he ment to compliment the female c.o. but accidently stabbed her and her co-workers)- i've heard how these kinds of accidents and misunderstandings can occur- just like one day I hope to read how harris's while out a s.c.i. Green accidently feel onto a shank or slipped out a 3rd story ledge and landed on his head.

Pa. tax rev. at approximately $33,000 a year I've decided I would like to pay for the .45 cal round that needs to rip through his skull - please deduct an additional .75cents out of my state income-tax for this procedure.

How much does a criminal heart cost ? Sell this bit** for body parts to offs set the costs. Or as an alternative ; give the victims brothers ,just 5 min. with this emm-efer.

Amandas Mother

My daughter Amanda was the 20-year old woman David Harris murdered in Schuylkill County on August 27, 2002. The DA sought the death penalty, and we really believed he would get it. This animal sneered at my family during the entire trial. He testified ... including an admission that, "I hit that bitch up," with regard to Amanda's death. However, there were two bleeding-heart jurors who could not bring themselves to vote in favor of death. PA law states that if the jury can't reach a unanimous decision regarding the death penatly, the defendant receives life with no parole. Thus, David Harris became a lifetime guest of the PA Department of Corrections. That's why he's still breathing.

Unfortunately it cost us more to execute someone than to keep them in for life. The litigation costs and mandantory appeals cost far more than wherehousing these guys for life. Unbelievable but true!
