Louisiana does not need an outside firm to oversee mental hospitals. We are educating our children to stay and work in Louisiana. If we only acknowledge outside firms, we continue to lose more jobs and more educated minds. A few dollars immediately saved( if this is the reasoning) will not equate to the same amount of dollars invested in our state by our people who will live , work, and spend their dollars here.
