The Mexican workers are legal immigrants, in the country as part of a Federal program.

They’re contractually obligated to work for Bimbo’s Best Produce, but they said the owner doesn’t pay them the federally guaranteed $8.01 an hour and they said he illegally seized and holds their passports.

i dont know what ever happened to Human Rights, Ethics.... if those people are guilty of crossing the border, then the Employer is just as guilty for employing illegals.

These workers were here legaly... the criminal in question is the American grower that is attempting to pay them less than they are due and working them in slave like conditions, not the workers.
