This is a true story. I have had dealings with Mr Isabella, and he used to make fun of what he was doing to Spitzer. its a big joke to him. By the way, he did steal from dead bodies at Hurricane Katrina. I know because he tried to give my friend a ankle bracelet he stole. he bragged about what he did. Take a look at his RECORD...he has a history of suing anyone and everyone he can....he doesnt pay taxes and has had about 7 jobs in the last few years. Good Job Spitzer. About time someone put Mr Isabella in his place.

This guy is a walking peice of garbage. He stole jewelry off a dead person. The judge admitted it into court - read the article. He will deny it of course but he admitted it to his ex girlfriend. Can you imagine someone stealing jewelry off your dead relative? How would you feel? He walks around quoting soldier language but he embellishes everything he says. He is trash. Stay away from him for your own good. You are better off.

When this "person" lived at my apartments he was always in the dumpster. We were laughing about it. He said you would not beleive what people throw away. I ended up helping him move a discarded couch into the trailer he moved into. The trailer had not been lived in in 3 years but it was good enough for this low life. It is not surprising the judge allowed into court the allegation of theft from a dead person at hurricane Katrina. We have alot of fantastic National Guardsmen. He should not be included in their ranks.
