This is my opinion of the Elyria man who got 6 months for failure to pay his child support. First, to make a spectacle out of him is totally wrong.Second, it is too many other dead beat dad's out here in Akron, who owe MILLIONS of dollars in child support. But everytime they go before the courts, they get a slap on the wrist, probation, and community service. Knowing that they are not going to do the community service anyways. But they are free to walk about the City of Akron, not giving a care in the world, because the Courts let them walk. As well as they don't enforce these individuals to get a job. But I think that the Prosecution, and the Courts should jump, and shout when they get the ones that owe Hundreds of thousands and up.
Because in reason cases dealing with Child Support, men have not had their freedom taken for the neglect to get a job to take care of their responsibility. But to be given the same treatment over and over again since 2000, of pleading guilty, to a lesser sentence, and getting community service, and probation is a waste of tax dollars.
Why keeep giving them third, and fourth, and so on chances to not have a care in the world?

They should lock all of their butts up and make them work all day cleaning the roadways and anything else that would need done. Total losers.

How can this man pay his child support, if he is in prison or loses his job because he is in prison? I hope the mother of the 2 kids has a job because it looks like this man may leave town in order to avoid paying his child support. I feel sorry for the kids, becasue they did not choose their parnets.
So Sad

But the mother deals with a man who owes way more than this man do to her.
Her current boyfriend has what, 10 children, he owes for. And how can she llok at him with respect, when she was willing to allow her childrens' father to be locked up.
The females out here need to think about things before they react.
How could I truly lock one up for arrearages, but I deal with one who owes also. Now this is really sad.
