I know a women that bikes down town to shop. It's legal for her to share the rode with motor vehicles. I'm not sure that skate-boards are allowed, but the state has rules for bikes to follow when on streets. Sounds like there are unruly individuals that are creating problems. This women has heard comments from drivers, but is within her right to be on the rode. I would like to see what this article is really trying to say.
