Does this surprise me NO there is no justice in waupaca county..child abusers are set free and charges dropped while there is proof of it duct taping your children is legal here forcing them to drink vinager is legal here so doing this to deer and a boys life must be legal to.. drunk drivers with excessive 6+ DWI's are given a year on huber this kid and his brother in trouble all the time set free but yet this family waits for results. the courts worry more about how they look then how they act someone should check out the court officals....we need new ones

Maybe people should know that the Weyauwega listed Kuenzi's aren't affiliated those who committed the killings. We are outraged and disguisted too!

Stop calling and sending hate-mail. We hate them as much, if not more than anyone for slandering our name.

Thank You.

Rory Kuenzi garnish his wages and raise the fines to $100,000 for each brother. Also make them serve 6 months and have to help in homeless shelter.
Also have them psychologically examined and treated or housed if defective.(which I think they must be)

We think people should start leaving him alone he know's what he's done wrong! He's human just like we are. We think that he's heard enough and been through enough. It's time to stop! It's wrong and hurtful for him and his family to hear these hurtful comments. It should be left in Gods hands. enough is enough

IN RESPONSE TO THE FAMILY OF RORY

RORY is not "just like we are". I don't know many people who could run someone down, and leave them to die. Do you think it is hurtful for your family to go through? What about the boy RORY killed? What about his family? RORY deserves everything he gets and more. RORY doesn't know what RORY does is wrong, RORY is a psychopathic KILLER. A Killer of both people and animals!! I wonder how many innocent animals RORY has killed that we don't know about? The world is a much safer place with RORY behind bars...and I hope RORY stays there for life. RORY has caused enough damage as a free person, RORY deserves to rot in a cell for the rest of RORY'S evil and pointless life. Don't ask for people to give RORY sympathy, RORY deserves nothing. It's just too bad RORY can't be put to death legally. Sympathy should be shown to the family whose child was taken away over RORY'S jealousy of a girl. Sympathy should have been shown to the innocent animals, one of which was a baby!! RORY is not human. HE IS A MONSTER. RORY IS SICK AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BREATH UNLESS RORY IS BEHIND BARS.
THIS IS RORY'S FAULT AND NO ONE ELSE IS TO BLAME. DO NOT DEFEND RORY....

RORY DESERVES ALL HE IS GETTING AND MORE.

Rory took Kevin's life, period, took everything he worked for, took everything he had, everything he ever would have. And that's the point here. Should he be punished? Resoundingly YES! I'm beyond pissed that Waupaca County would screw something this simple up, that he would be out of jail EVER upsets me beyond description.
Kevin was one of my closest friends, tallented in the arts, and active in the community. He did not deserve to die.
I'm sorry for the family of Rory Kuenzi, if you don't see how sadistic that kid really is.. I don't hold you to blame, Rory's actions were his own. and Kristy.. I believe My father works with your Husband?/Dad? not sure how that works, But I've explained to him my feelings on this as well.
The family listed under Kuenzi, is not connected to Rory in any way and should be left alone. Again, his actions were his own. As to wether he knows what he did, it's too late for that, what's done is done and no, he hasn't learned anything from it because of a corrupt and inept police force.
If Kevin looked like those officer's kids, or was from a well to do family heads would have rolled. But he didn't and he wasn't He was a Tattooed Pierced kid from a middle class family and was dearly loved by those who knew him, which was everyone who would talk to him, he shone.. He Was our Star, our guiding light. When Rory took him I was so distraught, I flunked out of College. I couldn't concentrate on anything else but seeing justice done.
If these animals had to give their lives to shed light on the real tragedy here than I say it was a life well spent, maybe now Kevin's Killer will finally get what's been coming for a long time..
But one thing still gets to me.. Where were you when Kevin was killed, where was the media, the outraged letters, the phone calls, the concern when it was Kevin under a vehicle and Rory Kuenzi at the wheel? It took almost 4yrs and some Deer to die before anyone was willing to get involved.-that's the saddest part in all of this....

Where were you while we were crying? And why can't I stop these tears....

In response to It Needs To Be Said.....we agree with you 110%!!! Well said. People like Rory and the others involved in this torture and killing spree of innocent animals and totally no regard for a human life, should NOT be walking free among decent citizens. If they get away with this, they will only continue because they know they can get away with it. Prosecute them to the highest degree. We don't feel sorry for them one little bit. Justice MUST be served!! From people I talk to, no ONE has any sympathy for them or feels sorry for them. These are dangerous creeps.

We, that are replying to these posts are not his parents, or siblings and have no control over Rory's upbringing. But, we are related to him and devastated by his by his actions. We are not trying to sound like what Rory did is any less horrible than what it is. As Rory's family, we are completely horrified at what he has done, and we suffer emotionally also from his actions. We are just saying that it is just not right to say the nasty things that some of you are saying, some of you have very evil thoughts, and the words that come out of your minds also make you sound like evil monsters. Wishing, or saying someone should be dead sounds like there is murder in your thoughts. Two wrongs never make a right. Please remember, Rory's family is suffering from this too. What Rory and his family need is prayer, pray that he will realize and think about what he did, and turn to God and seek forgiveness. Again, we are NO WAY condoning his actions, or trying to make it sound any less serious than it is. But, it is in the authorities hands, and ultimately in God's hands.

I have tried and cannot forgive, Justice will be done, that is all that I care about right now, rory can never see the light of day again, I hold nobody but him responsiable for Kevin's death, I hold him accountable for the deer slayings, along with the Waupaca County Sheriff's Department, without whom this would never have transpired. The Family of Rory cannot be held accountable, However, there should have been signs or indicators of the Pathology of this individual, and I wonder who can live in the midst of a psycopath and not know the symptoms of their sickness... not illness (that lets him off too easy) but he is indeed a sick individual, who with the proper treatment earlier in his life may have been a productive member of society, but is now truly a burden of us all..

I am sorry that you are going through this and you are hurt but Kevin's family and friends have been going through this and ten times more pain for the past four and a half years we have a right ot be outraged! He dosent seem to feel bad considering he has never once apologized to any of us! Rory decided to be god that night he took Kevin away from all of us I am sorry if I dont feel sorry for your son because he flipped my world up side down and tore me apart the night he hit a man that I loved! He is in the laws hands now and I am sorry for what you are going to feel and go through but I am not sorry for what he will go through!

True its sad that it takes some deer to die for anything to be done to someone with such a violent nature. Only shows that humans are of less worth then animals to most people. But its been building up to this point for over 35 yrs. Children are taught in school we just came from slim, taught if you have sex you can always get (kill) that blob(baby)out of you. PETA nor anyone like them are not going outraged because some human died, because after all they have been taught that humans are just a cancer on this earth anyways. I am sorry for your loss and the one who took that life should be punished

Lily, how dare you use these tradgedies to lecture us with your assumptuous, perverse, political viewpoint which is completely unrelated to the subject. You've got a lot of nerve and should issue the victims here a solid apology. I'm sick and tired of people like you who take over discussions of tradgedies to promote your ill thought out right wing agenda on the rest of us. This has nothing to do with abortion or PETA. This is about a local governance who dropped the ball causing further sufferage. This discussion should be how to avoid a repeat of this in the future and showing sympathy for those suffering.

If Rory knew what he was doing was wrong then why does he keep doing the things he does? He killed my uncle Kevin and unlike you I can't se him anymore. He's not here, he's not around. I can't laugh with him and wrestle with him anymore. Maybe you should think about that before you say anything about anyone leaving him alone. Because I'm sure as shit not. I want him punished for his crime and if you really loved him you'd want him punished for it too. All mistakes and crimes come with consequences and it's time Rory and Robby learn that.

It is not enough until someone runs him down or ties him to a tree to watch him struggle for life. I knew Rory before he killed Kevin through a mutual friend and he had to conscience. He doesn't care what he's done and don't try to pretend he does. You, his family, are just as responsible. Stop treating him like a baby, he is a killer. Sometimes you just need to through worthless people like him into the river to drown.

So very, very sad - this killing of unfortunate animals and now a hit & run of a person.
I have bow hunted for many years and truly respect wildlife - not taking any more than I need and am in awe of their beauty and presence in our beautiful Wisconsin. What these men have done is so very sick! What a terrible shame.

Rory that dirtbag did the crime so he can do the time. Rory is not just a animal abuser he is a murder!!!! No sympathy for someone as heartless as he was doing his crimes. It is time that these people who abuse laws have to pay. Look the deer he slaughtered that night, he is a crimminal he is heartless and he needs to be held accountable with his actions in both cases. I am so sincerely sorry about Kevins family you have my deepest sympathy for Rorys actions but this guy just seems to keep commiting crimes and guess he thinks he is above the law and he is wrong and needs to pay for all he put those familys through (including the poor deer!)

poor deer, that's all I ever hear.. I've changed my mind after today's news that the felony charges against Robby have been dropped and Rory may be next, Just drop all the charges, I'll even be a nice guy and come pick them up at the courthouse.. I obviously don't have anything to fear from the Waupaca police, or the D.A.. So if you'er too incompetent take care of it, just let them go, just give me a call first.

I'm tried of Rory's family and friends saying poor Rory leave him alone, he's only human and made mistakes. Or his feelings are being hurt because people are mad and are saying mean things. Rory is a man, a man that needs to grow up. This is not his 1st 2nd or even 3rd "mistake", there is a long list but, he has never been taught his lesson. Every time he gets in trouble he gets a little slap on the hand. It's time to show him the big picture and send him to prison for a long time! Yes Kevin's friends and family are upset, we lost a GREAT man and no one has paid for taking him away. It will be five years in October, so when Rory's family or friends want to say poor Rory leave him alone. May be they should say poor deer or better yet, poor Kevin, may he rest in peace.
