Growing up in Seabrook, I remember there were no streets that were "bad". That you as a youngster could get on a bike and ride down to the ballpark and watch a game, grab some snacks at Ellies and play flashlight tag with your friends (without worry that anything would happen to you). I remember pizza patio, burger chef, that crazy scary haunted house in front of the rec center every year put on by I think the Lions club. I remember knowing just about everyone in town. I remember Old Home Days at the school. Riding your bike over there playing games hitting your parents up for cash, hearing good Ole Billy F doin the calling numbers for Bingo. Smelling the beans and hot dogs put on by the ladies of the church. Going out back to the "dance" where no one really danced, but instead the older people would hang out by the tree line. Glow necklaces and the fireworks were the best. I miss my childhood. I miss my Seabrook full of people who really care about each other. I wonder if we could ever get back to that time again?

How about The Point. To this day I think they had the best chicken bbq around. That family would make some money if they opened it back up and sold nothin but that. Remember riding my skidoo all over town hittin the snow piles at the school. I agree hawaiian gardens had the best chinese food around. everyone knew how to just be nice to each other. Everyone looked out for each other. one time I was hungry and heading down to the point and realized I dint have my money with me I stopped in to see LS clamhouse asked him to borry a few bucks. He said boy he you go no problem bring me back one them chicken bbq and you can keep the change. Thats wen people were real generous and cared more bout their town then how far they can get a head. How about macs clam stand, diggin cohoaws and watchin hampton fireworks by the bridge. Them were the good ole days. Wish my kids could have known what it was like

“huh?”

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Sagittarius

Slow down! You're trying to do too much and it's driving you - and everyone else - up the wall. What's more, if you're in too much of a hurry you'll start to become accident-prone and that will make you even more het up. Try to take any setbacks or domestic mishaps in your stride, otherwise you'll end the day feeling like a nervous wreck.
