I am the "witness". I saw the entire accident, and was the first to call 911. I was there for 2 additional hours helping take statements and talking to the dispatcher. It was a horrific sight to see, and I was angered by the man who fleed the scene. It sickened me, I still am having a hard time sleeping, and my thoughts and prayers are with the family.
