This pair constitute reasons Nr. 22494 and 22495 to never, ever trust tweakers...

Killing innocent people at random, just for the sick pleasure it provided....

And those two rats Linville and Moreno ought to never see the light of day again.

They like the game of shooting at unarmed, unsuspecting innocent people? Give them each a last cigarette and a wall to stand in front of.

I happen to know for a fact that Paige knew who Amber was before offering her a ride, and then killing her.

oh what is a liberal judge to do ? putting them in jail is just mean. it's not their fault, it's the drugs, it's the bad upbringing, it's the parents fault, it's Bush's fault, it's the neighborhood, they were too high, if only all drugs were legal.

It's basically legal now in California. Almost everyone under 35 has a license. Let's put it another way.
If you deal pot and smoke pot you have the license!

Liberal judge? The legislature makes laws, including sentencing guidelines. A jury decides guilt or innocence, or the person makes a plea. The judge then imposes a sentence according to the law. Get it?

Vallejo needs to do more about these pot distributors that are quitly popping up in Vallejo. Take a look around at the new store fronts with crack doors that have their shady customers waiting for the dealer to let them in and consume their drug legally. It is really making me sick. I believe there are 10, as of today, operating in Vallejo.

november ballot, have you been living in a cave for the last forty years? if you follow your line of reasoning (or lack thereof), milk is a gateway drug. our children are most in danger from alcohol and prescription drugs, both of which parents keep in ample supply in their homes. do some research. join us here in the 21st century.

Is city council allowing these kinds of businesses but give reputable bussiness the run-a-round here. I guess this how Vallejo will redeem itself. The decision makers really need to held acountable for ruining Vallejo.

OMG, so help me understand your point. marijuana stores jerk your chain, but liquor stores on every corner don't bother you. do you have any idea what the proliferation of alcohol outlets does to a neighborhood? have you looked at the stats concerning the impact liquor has on our society? quit spouting the old, tired "just say no", 1965 rhetoric. educate yourself.

Geez, this is why nothing positive never happens. Let's cloud the big picture. I wasn't around when they legalized alcohol BUT I am here now when these pot stores are showing up left and right here in the City where I am trying to raise decent children. This is not cool. I also have the problem of them being allowed without too much trouble, when decent businesses have tried to set up shop here and have great difficulty and have given up and gone elsewhere. I am very educated and it also comes down to common sense.

Let's use your logic and keep flushing the city down the toilet.

judges have guidelines to follow and they have lots of leeway, oh yeah also there is the political side of the issue. that is why celebrities get away with there drug offences, that's why politicans get away with their graft and bribery, and that why minorities get off many times before they finally go to jail.

OMG, i wasn't speaking of general education. i was referring to being educated about mind altering substances, their use and prohibition. you may not have been around when the prohibition against alcohol was repealed, but you could volunteer to serve on the city's alcohol policy coalition. this is a group of citizens who give a great deal of time trying to lessen the negative impact of alcohol in our community. then there is fighting back, an organization that tackles all drug use by our youth including tobacco and alcohol. quit the knee-jerk emotionalism and base your position on facts. your children will be better served if you do.

Minorities "get off" before they go to jail? You have ABSOLUTELY no understanding of how the criminal justice system works. Minorities have always been, and continue to be, treated more harshly by the criminal justice system than whites. Just look at the sentencing for cocaine possession versus crack possession.

You don't know what you're talking about.
You are uneducated.
