Oil Making Business Busy in Counties

The biggest thing for us as commissioners is that it has really helped with our budgeting. We are getting more oil production tax funds into our general fund and it has really helped our budgeting process. Jim, have a couple sections in Fortuna area, how do I find out if exploration is happening in this area?

My parents had mineral rights in Divide county and need to sell them to close out the estate. Two companies have approached me. How do i know what is a good offer? How do they price them? per acre?
