How was that constructed into murder??? I knew Frank well, several years. Hate this happened and was very sad when he was killed. Murder is stretching it a little far. IMO

I doubt that the PD even had cameras in their cars when Frank was killed. Where are you getting this info? Better check your resources.

FRANK WAS A GOOD OL FELLA, AND A TRADGEY HAPPEN, SOMEONE DID HIT HIM ON THE MOTORCYCLE, AND IF I REMEMBER RIGHT DIDNT STOP, BUT I DONT THINK THERE WAS RECORDERS BACK THEN NEITHER, I JUST KNOW IT HAPPEND AND IM SORRY FOR HIS FAMILY AND MANY FRIENDS..I THINK A COLOR OF PAINT WAS ON HIS BIKE???FORM THE HIT..BUT IT WASNT LIKE A DRIVE BY SHOOTING, OR SHOT IN THE HEAD STRANGLE ETC..MURDER IT WAS A HIT AND RUN, I DONT HTINK FRANK HAD ANY ENEMYS WHO WOULD JUST RUN HIM OVER AND LEAVE, IT WAS AN ACCIDENT, AND THEY SHOULD HAVE STOPPED

Just for the record there were videos in lev at that time. I worked at CCSO then and some vehicles had them.

He was in a motorcycle accident and he was left laying in the road. Then a car that was not involved in the motorcycle accident ran over him. The reason he was left in the road is because they were waiting on EMS and was scared to move him. So yes it was a hit and run.

Just for the record--you are wrong-- CCSO did not have recorders in vehicles then, don't remember whether DPD did or not, why do you tell this crap when you know it aint so. Not that it's all that important but when someone tells something that i know is untrue, it bothers me. Not calling you a liar, just think you have a memory lapse.
