Is Ambrose large enough for a Police Department or a City Hall?

Why in the world would they need a police department? There are no banks in Ambrose. What has changed in demographics that would warrant need of police? O yeah - Mexicans.

historical meaning to many in the surrounding towns of coffee county. An yes it could use a
little more support from untainted law enforce. but it aint mexicans ridin wit dem rebel flags on the bumpers those demographics havent changed fa
