I don't know if I am "misreading" or reading too much into things, so I hope someone will help me out here.

Was the detective upset because posters questioned his post? It was a post made on a public forum. To me it sounded like intimidation.

This is what I found to be amusing. He deleted one of his own posts. It was the original/first post, consisting of jibberish meant as flippant humor. I say deleted because it had the edit bar at the bottom showing it had been edited but all that remained was a smiley face. Later he said if a post, a file, or whatever was deleted, it didn't mean the item couldn't be found.

Funny, none of posts exist anymore on the forum. Does that mean there isn't a trail somewhere if someone else wanted to find them or all law enforcement exempt from this rule?
