I have known this "truck driver" for many years, this was his 3rd week driving a truck, after working on his State job that he has worked over 20 yrs. He is a good family christian man that would never have hurt anybody intentionally. Sue the company he worked for but he does not deserve all of this, he has the guilt of killing those people already on him. He's a good man, always has done what was right and this was just a terrible accident that probably just could not be helped.

Charles Ronnie Lott would never hurt anybody. He has suffered enough and will continue to suffer the rest of this life over this, that is the kind of man he is, please don't destroy him and his family. That won't bring back anybody that was taken in this tragic accident. He's not a criminal, he is a wonderful man, a good father to his two children and his grand children. Look at his past, never even had a parking ticket, abides by the law. This was an awful thing that happened, but he did not do it on purpose. Ronnie is a good Christian man, please don't destroy him over something he could not help.

People lose sight of what is right and wrong when they are in pain or they are just hungry for money and have lawyers feeding them that they should sue and get a lot of money. I haven't seen what the ruling was on the accident, why it happened or how it happened. That makes a difference but whatever it is my prayers go up for both families. They will all get through this by relying on God to show them the way.

From what was revealed on the news, the wagon came onto the road to avoid a sign and keep from hitting it, a big truck was in front of Ronnie Lott obstructing his veiw, when he saw them, it was too late, they were in front of him. It was nobody's fault, they avoided hitting a sign, he could not stop and he was not going fast at all. My prayers are with all of them, they all lost a great deal, he will suffer for the rest of his life, not like them, but terribly bad. He does not deserve to go to jail. |

1 I just read a book called (the travel of the goat man) It told about a man that rode up and down the east coast in his wagon and his goats but when he got to Fla.The Fla State Patrol would not allow him to cross into Fla. with his wagon because he was such a hazard because he was to slow even for 2 lanes. Maybe in these times we shoud take these things of the road everywhere, Except hayrides on backroad that are dirt where traffic is very very low.... |
