No family members are not supposed to protect and defend each other, NO MATTER WHAT. If a family member raped someone, would you lie, defend, and protect. If a family member killed someone would you lie, defend, and protect. It would be hard to "go against the family" but a crime is a crime. Your description of defending and protecting is pretty close to aiding and abetting.

Thanks again! I cant not defend what they may or maynot have done! If they are guilt justice eill be served! To answer your question for TFP yes alot of TFP employees are related! I would also like to say I dont let my kids go there the place has druggies working for them and I dont want my children around these type of people! TFP will try and say this is faulse but believe me this is not!

I have also read where the TFP has went down hill and many people who live in Coffee County are uncomfortable taking their children to this establishment. You would think from the complaints other have posted and voiced, management would try to correct these issues.
I can understand TFP employee wanting, or needing, these two men to be innocent. If it was my friends or family members I too would hope they were innocent. But protecting them is far different from supporting and beleiving them.
And conspiracy to commit murder is different than actually committing a murder. I would hope no one sat around, doing nothing eventhough they were privy to the knowledge that a murder was going to be committed. I think time will reveal all. Truthfully, I hope they are innocent. I really do, because I don't want to think they knew anything about Doris's murder before hand and did not report it.

This is SUCH a good point!!! Conspiracy can carry just as heavy a jail sentence as murder itself! No one has said on here that they pulled the trigger!

As a community, if a crime is committed, whether it be drugs, rape, or murder, we all should be concerned. How will anything change unless citizens take a stand and say "NO!!! WE WILL NO LONGER STAND FOR THIS TYPE, OR ANY TYPE, OF CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR!!!" You sound alot like TFP Employee. Name calling will accomplish nothing. And yet again let me state they were charged with conspiracy to commit murder, not murder. I have not read anywhere that they have been accused of pulling the trigger. If you are a friend or family member I understand the need, or the will, to defend these gentlemen. Being belligerent and name calling will harm your defense in these men. It absolutely DOES NOT help them. I have said in a previous post that I hope they are innocent and that is the truth. But do I know they are innocent... No I do not. I can only hope the justice system will prevail whether they are innocent or guilty.
