oh gosh ... well she has always dressed like that. almost like she should be coming down a pole. i am not bashing her. she is a beautiful woman. just dress for your job. i think that 1 dress code should apply to the school as a whole.
staff and students.

I totally agree with you, you can be beautiful and dress professional at the same time. If she wants to dress that way do it in her off time.

Why can't parents enforce the dress code by making sure that their teenagers come dressed appropriately. Why do you insist on letting your daughters flaunt their chests? Even though the administration fails to enforce the rules, a teacher can only do so much. Why don't the parents try enforcing the rules to help? I've never understood why parents leave it up to schools to enforce the rules and when their child is caught, they scream "but others do it."

the students will be the ones getting in trouble not the teachers. dress code should apply to all.
a student cant learn or pay attention while the teacher is dressed like that. the students will be more focused on the teacher and not the actual study.
well

the students will get into trouble. students cant focus on their work with a teacher in front of the room dressed like that. i know if i had a tan , muscled up teacher with tight jeans and a sleeveless muscle shirt on ... i wouldnt be in the books! i would be watching the teacher... hearing BLAH-BLAH-BLAH.

I didn't say that the dress code shouldn't be enforced on teachers, in fact I know of three teachers on main campus this year that were sent home to change short skirts or low tops. About the chorus teacher, I rarely see her, so I can't comment, but you shouldn't make excuses as to why can't students wear what they want to and you need to address your concerns of dress code to the principal. If that doesn't work, then bring it up at a BOE meeting. Letting your kids wear inappropriate clothing just b/c your kids say that teachers do it is not good. Take your concerns directly to the administration and use the teacher's name (or names) and photos if you have them. Otherwise, please make sure your child is dressed modestly and appropriately and then you are doing your job as a parent. Also, BTW, teachers have a stricter dress code than students, so don't use the excuse "if teachers can why can't students". We teachers don't wear shorts, ripped jeans, etc. to school.

tight, short and revealing clothes should not be worn by anyone. it is a distraction. im not trying to make it complicated. i went thru chs during the time that we pretty much had to dress like nuns. lmao . no low cut shirts, no sleeveless shirts, no short skirts or shirts, and we could not wear open shoes. no flip flops. it was aweful as a teenager not being able to wear what we wanted to school. mind u i'm not talking about wearing the skimpy clothes... it was somewhat difficult trying to shop for clothes under those rules & i hate socks and shoes so u can imagine what i went thru. the boys pretty much had the same rules. no sleeveless shirts, no baggy pants - i think that they had to wear a belt and no open toe shoes. we could not tote a book bag or gym bag around either . ms.danna stayed on top of her game let me tell u . she could spot cleavage or butt crack a mile away and she would make u call for more clothes or go home.

Boy, I sure do miss the Danna-days. That is why I had to get off of main campus.

Head principal was dennis tipton, then the APs were Danna, elaine mathis, billy smith, jerry sutton, stuart white, george blampied. there was a dresscode, but girls weren't showing boobs and a$$es, and guyes didn't have lowriders on.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Gemini

You'll need every ounce of patience today because even the best-laid plans could go up in smoke under the Full Moon lunar eclipse. It seems that certain people are doing their best to throw spanners in the works, and the more annoyed you become the more they'll goad you still further. If there's dissent in the ranks about how to spend New Year's Eve, you may decide to go your own sweet way and prove that you're an individual in your own right. But try not to let any bad feelings mar the celebrations. Have a fantastic night!
