OK.

Naturally, the poor kid doesnít know any better. Bullfckingshite!! What a lame duck defense. The kid is an ARSE!! PeriodÖWhen does the kid start knowing better? How old? Really, tell me when the kid will be alright. Poor kid, whatever.
There are children out there, 5, 6, 7 8 9 10 year olds and older that were never ever ever taught right from wrong.

Oh & take your english lesson & shove up your ass. You are not worth talking to, anyone that can take pleasure in pushing down children, hurting children and the like,(REGARDLESS, of their behavior) is an asshat. Anyone that would purposely hurt a child, does NOT deserve shit!

It always worked for me. I didn't slam the brakes hard, just enough to tip 'em a little, get their attention.
When that didn't work, I would park the bus, close all the windows (summertime) and turn the heat on. You'd be surprised how quickly kids'll behave when they're sweating balls.
I have done the same thing....we have our ways!!

We are given training, but very little support from the school principals. Where the punishment is handed out. Some driver's are burnt out and do no realize it! This driver's actions tells me they are burnt out and need to hang it up. No excuse for this kind of behaivor!

TOUCH my child and you will wish you never did, I will happily take the battery charge for kicking the living shit out of you for purposely pushing her down. You don't like the reaction to an assholish remark, well then maybe you should think twice about making such an assinine comment.

I think he was baiting you. He'll insist he wasn't, but I think he was.

Very possible, but baiting or not, that kind of attitude is part of what is wrong with people.

Bullfckingshite!!! The poor children, they should all be pushed down. So in other words these kids donít listen at school either? Children have and should have no rights until they can pull their own weight. WE are the ones responsible for keeping these snot nosed reprobates in line, and if that means locking up the brakes, then so be it.
By the way I donít want shit.

I think that the bus driver should not be the only adult on the bus. The driver should have his mind on driving, and not watching the students. Another adult on the bus could have backed the bus driver up if he had properly tried to discipline the kid on the bus. Also, another adult would probably have prevented the problem in the first place because they could have told the kid to sit down.

I think yernogood just doesn't want to admit the bus driver was wrong and could have handled the situation in a more adult manner. But yernogood, did push my buttons with the hurting children. Frankly just discredited anything else he/she has to say on the matter. He reminds me of a school yard bully honestly, one of the punks, possible even this punk in the story all grow'd up (that is a matter of perspective) and throwing more weight around. LOL Thanks for showing what an asshat you are.

The bus driver has more things to do than just watch this kid. Another grown up could have sat by the child or something. If the other adult couldn't get the kid to mind either, the driver would have back up when the parents started saying that the school was picking on the little brat when they wouldn't let him ride the bus any more. Without another adult backing the driver up, its the kid's word against his. Most of the time, a lound enough parent in the office will get his way, even if the child was at fault. With another grown up, the driver and the office have ammo back at the parent.

I love, Leadville, but you sound funnier than you are scary. People who make impotent threats on the internet are generally full of shit.

Your posting irritates me and makes me mad.
Not because you're wrong.. because I think you're right. Too many parents are raising their kids like animals and the rest of us will have to contend with them throughout society the rest of our lives.
They become idiot co-workers, obnoxious neighbors and criminals clogging our court and prison systems.
