Exotic cat seized by authorities

A city woman is attempting to get her exotic African cat back from the state after it was confiscated from her home because she did not have a permit to own the animal. via Alton Telegraph

Well If you didn't have a permit for the animal then if should. I go to the CHS in town and that was the big talk of the school!
