You have a guarantee from the Constitution to use deadly force to protect "life & property." This man obviously did that. The charges are political- they are going to try him for "Overkill." Next case for the Supreme Court: are there different levels of "kill?" Should one stop shooting an armed thief, who threatened your life...because he is down, with only one bullet in him?

Are you saying that because the pharmacist was mad that he didn't get a chance to shoot the fleeing person in the back, that he should be given a consolation prize of shooting an unconcious person?

Also most Oklahoma residents believe the earth is only 25 or 30 thousand years old and man has only walked this planet for 6,000 years. And god knows no christain is related to no damn monkey. The public at large is hardly a wellspring of civilized law.

One bullet is certainly justifiable in order to stop deadly force, i.e., an armed robbery. Five more bullets pumped into the abdomen of an unconcious person is murder.

This pharmacist is probably pro-gun, anti-choice, and restricts women from obtaining their birth control presriptions. How does that sound for making judgements? Pretty good, ay?

None of this matters in regards to the criminal charge placed against the pharmacist.

It doesn't have to matter. It's my judgement of the perpetrator. It's a thin line between protecting yourself and anihilating others.

The pharmacist crossed that line five times.

Killing a robber to protect yourself or family is one thing, but to kill a robber who is wounded, unarmed and unconscious and you get a sick thrill doing it is murder. Sorry, there isn't enough money in OKC thats worth a single human life.
