I am glad to see that all of the ignorant posts on the good officers that are left have stopped. Has anyone gotten word on what is going on? Is Doyle still our "chief of police"? Is Janice going to always be "city manager"? Has this tampered her job or abilities to do her job at all? Have they found anything... FACTS? Are these officers coming back? Or are we just paying them until they can find other employment? I am interested in knowing what my tax dollars are going to pay besides her (Janice's) choice of a private firm and to pay a bunch of officers that are out do to perjury charges. I think Channel 9 should cover this. Talk to city council members that elected her into her seat- let the citizens know what is being done. Are we going to bring in new staff? Are the officers that are there going to be promoted or is she going to bring in a new chief. We have all heard that Bob Hill has no intention of coming back- is that true. Can we have some news coverage please? Where are our tax dollars going? We want to know!!

Well, I've grown up here..I think the whole board, police department and "Fraternal Order of Police" should all be replaced...they are all friends..they ALL work together and they ALL cover for one another..Abney,Lynch FIND ANOTHER LIFESTYLE AND JOB ELSEWHERE. I know these guys very well also...this is disgraceful...wake up citizens..racial slurs, sexual harassment, doing drugs, favoritism,...the list goes on and on..the more money you got the more you get away with things..it's "brushed under the rug"..Our taxes pay there salaries..we should have the right to decide who stays and who goes..with all of them..it's not something that should be done behind closed doors...that's the problem..everything is kept between them...they only let us citizens know something when they think it's gonna get out anyways...this is our town..we should have the right to decide these positions and their outcome...
