We drove to I-40 and Soncy but the highway is closed. Can't tell what it is and the news stations seem to be sleeping.

I am not completely sure. I live out this way and it looks like it is between Rockwell and Lair. Perhaps a wreck with a truck or something? Really odd that it isn't on the news yet...

it shook my doors and i thought it was a low flying jet but the noise continued for so long i went outside and saw the orange, drove that way but there were tons of other people and emergency vehicles. never saw much of anything

I'm from out of town, but I drove past there before the roads were closed. It's a little passed Bushland, slightly north west. It's a MASSIVE fire. Is there a factory?

We have some breaking news just into our newsroom. Evacuation orders are taking place near the Bushland High School. Following a major pipeline explosion north of the school. We know that at least three structures are involved. Several fire crews are currently on the scene battling the fire. Newschannel 10 crews are also on the scene. No kidding, I was freaking out at first cause I couldn't tell what it was and when you can see 100 foot flames from your door step, yeah panic right there

Gas line explosion about 1/2 mile west of Bushland High.

The gas line has been shut down-dont know what is actually happening at this time-I am on other side of highway-the fireball appears to be gone-dont know about the structures involved-still hearing sirens. Did drive down the access road earlier-horrific. Live news coverage now-finally.
