Judge denies trooper's motion to end fatal shooting suit
A federal judge has denied a state trooper's legal bid to end a civil lawsuit over the 2010 fatal shooting of a Tulia man during a high-speed chase on Interstate 27. Sounds like he shouldn't have run from police. It all could have been avoided had he just pulled over. This guy's mother is just a vulture trying to make money off of her dead son. Bad decision your honor. Dismiss the suitand tell mom your criminal son just met the fate associated with that lifestyle and his poor decisions.
