What I want to know is why it is fair that one walked and the other is doing time. His life destroyed, the other a clean slate????

Grow up people! Leave this to the courts to decide. Obviously we all see this is a trash slinging web site. Jeez. He didn't go and kill anyone. A thoughtless action did.

Everyone makes mistakes. I think he should get out early. It isn't like he intentionally killed someone. He deserves a chance. And you people who think he should stay locked up probably have no clue what he has faced inside those prison walls its a dark lonely place where he has had to face real monsters like cold blooded murderers and nasty men who like young men like him. His crime doesn't compare to what some of those inmates did intentionally before chow time rhis morning.

lol, if he is as weak minded as you all are they probably violated him all night long. He didn't even put up a fight. I'm telling you there are people in there doing more time than him on less severe charges. RECKLESS HOMICIDE. wow that's practically a misdemeanor in your book.I got one for you, try putting the shoe on the other foot. Let someone pull a prank that results in two people dying in your family, then you tell me how you would feel when they get out early. I have no problem with him ,you or anyone for that matter, nor am I related to the deceased.

its pretty obvious that the one was a juvenile. The others life destroyed?? Really??? What about the others lives? Were they destroyed? His life is hardly destroyed. He still gets to see hug and kiss his loved ones. He can do his four years and get out and go from there. He still has his whole life in front of him. After he pays his dues.

He should get out. The other kid and the dispatcher that who neglected to do her job should have been tried also.If one went to jail they all should have. He did not set out to kill anyone.

Let him finish his time it was hardly a harmless prank maybe he'll think twice before doing something so stupid

Exactly. I do believe a couple of them were juveniles. Kids. Naomi likes to call her brother a "kid", when in reality he committed this crime as an adult. For every action, there is a consequence. This is the felon's consequence. He needs to quit boo-hooing and do the minimal time he was given.

I understand it was a prank but I feel he should have to pay for that mistake for the simple fact there are two people dead because he thought this would be funny there's no way in hell that it didn't cross his mind that this is dangerous and could risk lives people die everyday because of running stop signs/ red lights he just simply should do some more time for his actions and I don't think the other boy should have gotten out of it either this is more serious than some of u people are taking it because it wasent someone in your family

Dont be so sure. we will see. Two dead . 7 months , how does that add up???? The others should have been jailed too. the message machine is already full. That didnt take long ,now did it? He will be back to his old tricks in no time, then its bye bye sweety pie.

I recall 2 other cases in this county where people died as a result of driving impaired and they did not do the total time so why should this be any different?

No one is saying he should do his entire time, just saying he should do at least two years before he starts pussin around and begging to be released. 7 months! I wouldn't even dare ask to be released if I had committed the criminal act he did.
