Resort may look to annex in Cache

The fact that the state highway going up to Powder Mountain is dangerous to drive even in summer when it is dry, should be enough to convince anyone that there shouldn't be large scale development up there. And the resistance of everyone who doesn't want it built should overrule the few land owners with dollar signs in their eyes.
