Corruption in Alvarado

In Alvarado Texas true justice is never served.
I am one of many people to be wronged by the police.
In most cities Police officers are out on force to protect the citizens within the city, but in alvarado its all about the money.

One citizen reported being randomly stopped by the police for no apparent reason. After the officer saw that nothing was going on the citizen said
"why dont you give tickets to the truckers speeding through the city." The officer replied, "They bring buisness to the city."

Another instance, where a group of friends were hanging out at the town square when two officers got out of their car and harrassed them saying they got reports of illegal activity when nothing was going wrong. when told this they asked to search everybody in the group. They all agreed to the search and nothing was found. This happened about 3 times a week during the summer of last year to different groups of people. Besides the two mentioned there are many more incidents of injustice.

Is it right for cops to harrass and ticket people for their own selfish gain or to bend the law to their liking? The worst part is that there is no proper authority to report city corruption.. so as the state is oblivious to whats going on in the small towns the police are getting away with more injustices day by day.

I typed this post because its important for people to know about this corruption and because this will serve as a place to report your injustices. If you've been wronged by ANY part of the alvarado texas goverment then feel free to report it by replying to this post. The more Stories i get the faster these animals can be put to justice and face their own music.

I feel your pain. I got a ticket in a school zone where there were no school zone sign at the time a couple of day's later one poped up there.I asked an attorney about fighting it and they said the chances of getting out of it in Alvarado was very slim. When I went to the station to try and fight it everything I said the attorney that Alvarado had working for them would come back at me with wise *** remark He said you can fight this ticket if you want but you are probably going to loose and then you will pay the ticket and it will go on your record so another word just give us your money and get out of here.
I curse the Alvarado Police department and also the city officials that look the other way while this crap goes on.
