I've read just about every post on this thread - gang members, victims, parents, concerned citizens - all the remarks and responses. The main thing to note is that there is significant hostility coming from BOTH sides. Arlington is a suburban city. We have good teachers, good schools, good cops, good government, good environment and good kids. Sure, there might be an exception here or there, but overall this is a good place to live. The gang members, whether under 18 or over, male or female, are somebody's child. Even if the parent is absent, they are still GOD's child. We, as the adults, should look for solutions instead of firing off insults. What kind if example are we setting by calling them names, expletitives, and issuing veiled threats? Are we not acting like a rival gang member and this making them defensive and hostile. We are not here to judge them. The best way to help someone is to show them you care and that they are loved UNCONDITIONALLY. That is a powerful gift. It will free those who need it most.
I live in east Arlington. Mayfield, New York, Arbrook, and highway 360 create the borders of my neighborhood. Gunshots are not uncommon. We see tags which homeowners or the city promptly take care of. I note activity at neighboring houses but I don't live in fear. I treat everyone with respect, make direct eye contact and, if there is something that MAY affect me or my family, I ask to speak with them... tell them to keep it on their property away from me or mine and we're cool. I give respect and I earn theirs. In other words, I talk to people, I smile and I treat them as the equal human beings GOD made them to be. Try it.

I agree with everything you say, I will always use the CHRISTIAN way of communicating with them FIRST, however, there are some gang members that you CAN'T talk to and REASON with because they don't WANT to talk to you, let alone listen to you. These are the types that I intend to protect my family from. I don't want to hurt anyone, BUT, they neeed to be warned that IF they THREATEN, or HURT anyone in my family, they will pay the consequences. A concealed handgun liscense LAWFULLY gives you the RIGHT to protect yourself and your family WHENEVER you NEED to. They better UNDERSTAND this. That's all, over and out.

Sanford Square apts, Washington area off of N. Collins, Both River Legacy Parks, Burton, Huntington Chase apts, Pitt Grill, Both McDonald's on Brown and Green Oaks, Gibbons, Oak, Dennison Street in W. Dallas, Six Flags and Cooper, basically all over both North and South AgTown and various parts of the Metroplex. But it was mostly AgTown. There were also many restaraunts (both fastfood and sit in) as well as a bar where I sat out in the parking lot for three hours while my captors partied using saved funds as a result from my enslavement and suffering.

Does anybody know Q(cue), Meek, Tone or Tony, and Scarface. These are some of AgTown's notorious gangbangers. They were involved in my trafficking. Other people involved were students at NJH, LHS, TCJC SE, at the time, which was 1998-1999. There were also several employees from fastfood reataraunts and convenient stores involved in my suffering. Can somebody leave me a post leaving phone numbers or email addresses to media centers in AgTown so that I could report to them about what had happened. I would also appreciate some numbers to some attorneys who would just love to jump on this. My pro bono attorney seems to be delayed at the moment. I don't know why.

I've posted the name and number af an attorney that I am sure would take your case several times. However, it never appears. I guess someone deletes my post, otherwise, it would be included. Sorry.

Uhm the west side of Arlington has its fair share of drugs and gangs. While it may not be as prominent as the other parts of the cities, they still have lots of crime. Statistics show there is more drug use at Martin High School then any other school in Arlington. Reason being is this part of town is rich, therefore they can afford the drugs being sold. To be honest, ALL of Arlington has its share of crime. But the city itself is not ghetto.

We started a watch group in our neighborhood two years ago and YES, it does make a difference. we have called the police at least five times concerming possible gang activity and have had three wannabees arrested for writing gang symbols on fences. These kids were high school age abd were released to their parents. We know that there are real gang members out there and we are ready for them.

I got off the phone with CAST this morning. They said that I can expect a call back from one of their attorneys within 72 hours. They will determine whether or not human trafficking took place. Everybody wish me luck.
